1 large mango (s)
1 teaspoon oil, e.g., rapeseed oil

Instructions

Wash, peel and separate the mango from the core (I carefully cut around the core). Puree the mango pieces directly. That works great here, but of course you can also add a little bit of water. Stir in the oil and serve immediately.
The information applies to one portion (depending on the mango size). Of course, you can also prepare and freeze the recipe in advance. The oil should then be added after thawing.
