Ingredients
- 1 packet puff pastry, round, approx. 30 cm
- 30 g suar, (cassonade suar)
- 2 mango (s), peeled in thin slices
- 1 lime (s), zests and juice

- Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
- Place the puff pastry in a baking pan on the baking paper. Prick several times with a fork. Sprinkle with the cassonade and lay the mango slices on the base in a rosette shape. Drizzle with the lime juice and sprinkle with the lime zest.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the edges are golden brown and risen. Serve lukewarm or cold.
