  • 1 packet butter (250 g)
  • 150 grams bacon
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons paprika powder, smoked
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the packet of butter into 8 parts so that you can process them better. Press the garlic and cut the parsley into small pieces. Put everything except the bacon in a bowl and mash it lightly with a fork.
  2. Leave the bacon crispy. To do this, take a cold pan and put in the bacon. Then turn on the stove on level 4 of 6 to slowly drain the bacon. Prepare a plate with kitchen paper to put the bacon on. The fat is added to the bowl with the butter and stirred in.
  3. Divide the crispy bacon in your hand or with a knife and add to the butter. Mix the whole thing again and the spread of the gods is ready.
  4. It unfolds its full taste after a night in the refrigerator. But you can also eat them straight away without any problems.
  5. Butter can be kept for 2 weeks without any problems, but well bacon and 2 weeks not for me and my friends!
