Ingredients
- 8 sheets pasta, about the size lasagne sheets
- 150 g low-fat quark
- 4 slices cooked ham
- 1 can tomato (s), chunky
- 100 ml sweet cream
- 1 packet mozzarella
- salt and pepper
- some herbs, Italian (e.g. oregano, marjoram)

- Brush the pastry sheets with the low-fat quark. Put the ham on top. Roll up and cut into rolls approx. 2 cm thick. Put them next to each other in a baking dish (not quite as tight so that there is still space for the sauce).
- Put the can of tomatoes with the cream in a saucepan and bring to the boil over medium heat. Season with salt, pepper and herbs. Spread the sauce over the rolls. Cut the mozzarella into small slices and place on the rolls.
- Baked in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 20-25 minutes so that the cheese is lightly brown. Delicious with a warm baguette.
