Ingredients

For the shortcrust pastry:

  • 200 g flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 150 g cornstarch
  • 200 g butter
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 200 g suar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 100 g hazelnuts, round

For the filling:

  • 250 g marzipan paste
  • 125 g powdered suar
  • 500 g chocolate icin

Instructions

  1. Sift the flour mixed with baking powder and the cornstarch on the work surface, add the butter, egg, sugar, cinnamon and ground hazelnuts, work into a shortcrust pastry and refrigerate.
  2. Roll out the dough thinly and cut out round cookies. Bake at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.
  3. Process the marzipan mixture with powdered sugar and roll out on powdered sugar. Using the same shape, cut out round cookies and small hearts.
  4. Fill 2 cookies each with chocolate icing and a marzipan slice. Carefully coat the tartlets all around with glaze and decorate with a marzipan heart.
