Ingredients

  • 250 g chocolate, (dark)
  • 200 g butter
  • 250 g flour
  • 200 g marzipan paste
  • 6 egg (s)
  • 100 ml oil, (sunflower oil)
  • 300 g suar
  • 50 g biscuit (s), (Amarettinis)

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
  2. Mix the flour, sugar, butter, oil and eggs together. Add melted chocolate and stir.
  3. Crumble the marzipan mixture into small pieces and mix in. Hit hard. (Best in the food processor!) The marzipan should dissolve as much as possible!
  4. Crumble the amarettinis in a freezer bag and add to the batter.
  5. Spread the dough in a mold and bake for about 20-25 minutes at 180 ° fan oven.
