Ingredients

  • 500 g peach (s), (in columns) from the can
  • 100 g almond (s), chopped
  • 150 grams sugar
  • Juice from the peaches
  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 500 g quark, (20%) or low-fat quark (as desired)
  • 250 g biscuit (s) (Cantuccini)
  • Vanilla pod (s) the pulp

Instructions

  1. Melt 50g sugar with the almonds in a pan. Let cool on a plate.
  2. Mascarpone, quark, remaining sugar, vanilla pulp and 8 tablespoon. Mix the peach juice. Distribute half of the cantuccini in a wide, taller bowl (2-3L content) and drizzle with 80 ml of peach juice. Spread half of the mascarpone cream evenly on top. Layer the remaining cantuccini on top and drizzle with 80 ml of peach juice. Top with peaches (leave some for decoration). Finally, cover with the remaining mascarpone cream and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Just before serving, add the chopped almonds to the cream. Decorate with the remaining peaches and possibly lemon balm.
  4. Tastes delicious and is easy to prepare!
