Ingredients

  • 400 g mascarpone
  • 100 g low-fat quark
  • 100 g cream
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), zest and juice from them
  • 1 cup yogurt, approx. 50 - 200 g
  • 4 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • some blueberries, about 250 g

Instructions

  1. Mix everything except the blueberries into a creamy mixture. Add the grated zest and the lemon juice and stir again.
  2. Then distribute part of the mixture in dessert glasses or bowls. Place the blueberries on top and cover with the rest of the mixture.
  3. Place the jars in the refrigerator until you are ready to eat them.
