Ingredients

  • 1 kg potato (s), floury boiling
  • 300 ml cream, (or milk)
  • 20 g butter
  • 250 grams bacon
  • 4 onion (s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cook them until done. Puree with a pounder (not with the mixer!).
  2. Bring the cream / milk to the boil. Add the mashed potatoes and season with butter, salt and pepper.
  3. Cut the bacon into cubes and fry well, add the diced onions and sauté until translucent.
  4. Serve the mashed potatoes and sprinkle with the bacon mixture.
  5. Classic beetroot is served with it.
