Ingredients

  • 200 g rice (rice puddin)
  • 0.5 liter ½ milk (3.5% fat)
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 150 g butter
  • 500 g applesauce
  • 5 g cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Prepare the rice pudding according to the instructions on the packet, but leave out the sugar! Distribute the finished rice pudding on the plates, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar!
  2. Then brown the butter in the pan and pour it over the rice pudding with cinnamon and sugar while it is still hot!
  3. Serve the applesauce separately in small bowls. If necessary, season with cinnamon sugar.
