Meat Marinade with Apple Cider Vinegar

I bring to your attention a marinade for meat. The marinade is suitable for different types of meat (pork, beef, lamb).
Ingredients
- Apple cider vinegar – 1/4 l
- Water – 3/4 l
- Greens (celery, dill, parsley) – to taste
- Zest of one lemon
- Onions, cut into rings – 1-2 pcs.
- Black peppercorns – 4-5 pcs.
- Cloves – 3-4 buds
- Bay leaf – 2-3 pcs.
- Sage, rosemary, juniper berries (optional) – to taste
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients of the meat marinade.
- In the resulting marinade, soak 1 kg of meat for 10 hours.
- Salt the meat after marinating.
