Meat “Muffins” with Quail Eggs and Cheese, Wrapped in Bacon

From minced meat, you can cook original cutlets in the oven using silicone molds! Such muffin cutlets, wrapped in strips of bacon, stuffed with boiled quail eggs and a cheese “cap”, will cause a sensation among eaters, as they not only look original and elegant but also very tasty!

Ingredients
Minced meat (I have minced beef) – 300 g
Bacon (thin slices) – 150 g
Quail eggs – 6 pcs.
Chicken egg – 1 pc.
Hard cheese – 80 g
Ground paprika – 1/3 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Directions
Boil the quail eggs for 4-5 minutes. Then cool in cold water and peel.
Transfer the minced meat to a bowl. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Beat an egg into the minced meat, add salt, black pepper, and ground paprika.
Stir the minced meat until the ingredients are evenly distributed among themselves.
Line the sides of the silicone muffin molds (6 pieces) with thin strips of bacon.
Divide the prepared minced meat into molds, using about 2/3 of the total volume of minced meat.
Place one quail egg in the middle of each muffin.
Spread the remaining minced meat on top, covering the eggs with it. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater. Place the grated cheese in mounds on each muffin.
Bake meat “muffins” in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 35 minutes.
Remove the finished meat “muffins” from the molds and transfer them to a plate. Meat “muffins” with quail eggs and cheese, wrapped in bacon, ready to serve.
