Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • possibly herbs (oregano, thyme, basil )
  • possibly garlic
  • 1 can tomato (s), chunky, approx. 400 g
  • 100 g sweet cream
  • 3 tablespoon herbs, Italian (frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • some garlic
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 scoop mozzarella

Instructions

  1. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper. Possibly add herbs such as oregano, thyme and / or basil and garlic to taste. Shape 12-15 small balls and place in a baking dish.
  2. For the tomato sauce, mix the chopped tomatoes with the cream, herb mixture, tomato paste and sugar, season with salt and pepper and pour over the meatballs. Cut the mozzarella into slices and spread over the top.
  3. Cook at 175 ° C (convection) for approx. 30 - 40 minutes. Be careful not to let the cheese get too dark. Rice goes well with it.
