Ingredients

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 1 small bell pepper (s), red
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 100 g cheese, rated
  • 1 egg (s)
  • breadcrumbs
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Garlic powder
  • 2 packs gravy for roast pork
  • 3 teaspoons broth, grained

Instructions

  1. Cut the pepper into small cubes, finely chop the onion.
  2. Knead the mince with onions, pieces of paprika, egg, cheese and granulated broth and season with pepper, paprika and garlic to taste. Knead in enough breadcrumbs to make a meat dough that is not too firm, but easily malleable.
  3. Shape the meat dough into a loaf, place in a baking dish and put the dish in the oven for about 40 minutes at 200 °.
  4. After 30 minutes, pour the gravy prepared according to the package instructions over the roast and loosen the roast set around the roast.
  5. Serve with boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes and vegetables according to taste and season.
