- 2 packs sheep`s cheese or goat`s cheese
- 2 tomato (s), aromatic
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 10 basil leaves, fresh
- 1 chilli pepper (s) or chilli powder
- some oregano, dried
- some salt and pepper
- olive oil

- Place the sheep`s cheese in a baking dish and sprinkle with the oregano. Sprinkle some chilli powder (if you don`t use fresh ones) on the sheep`s cheese.
- Dice the tomatoes. Press the garlic and chop the chilli pepper (if no powder is used) very finely, remove the seeds beforehand and mix everything with the tomatoes and a little olive oil. Salt, pepper and pour the garlic, tomato, oil and chilli mixture over the slices of sheep`s cheese.
- Pluck the basil leaves and pour them over the blocks. Bake at 180 ° C for about 5 - 10 minutes.
- Ciabatta and / or rocket salad with sweet dressing tastes good with it.
