- 2 slices sheep`s cheese to taste
- 1 egg (s)
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 2 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- some salt and pepper
- Oil for frying

- Beat the egg and whisk in a plate.
- Cut the sheep`s cheese into pieces of approx. 5 x 5 cm and season with a little salt and pepper. Turn the pieces in the flour, then dip in the egg and finally turn in the breadcrumbs.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the breaded sheep`s cheese on each side.
- A Greek farmer`s salad and / or ciabatta tastes good with it.
