  • 2 slices sheep`s cheese to taste
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 2 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • some salt and pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg and whisk in a plate.
  2. Cut the sheep`s cheese into pieces of approx. 5 x 5 cm and season with a little salt and pepper. Turn the pieces in the flour, then dip in the egg and finally turn in the breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the breaded sheep`s cheese on each side.
  4. A Greek farmer`s salad and / or ciabatta tastes good with it.
