  • 150 g reen pepper (s)
  • 200 g tomato (s)
  • 200 g olives, stuffed
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Drizzle the tuna steaks with lemon juice and set aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Peel the onion and cut into thin rings. Finely chop the garlic. Wash the green peppers and cut into thin strips. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, peel them, and cut into small cubes. Cut the stuffed olives into slices.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onion rings and cook for 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until translucent.
  4. Add the garlic, tomatoes, green peppers, and olives to the pan. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with rosemary, thyme, paprika powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
  5. While the vegetables are cooking, heat olive oil in another pan over medium-high heat. Season the tuna steaks with salt, then fry them for 4 minutes on each side until cooked through (internal temperature 63 °C / 145 °F).
  6. Serve the tuna steaks with the vegetable mixture alongside.
