Melon Jelly

Transparent and very aromatic melon jelly is an unusual and delicious dessert.
Ingredients
Directions
- Peel the melon and cut into cubes or figured using special shapes.
- Pour water over the melon. Add sugar, citric acid, vanilla. Bring to a boil, cook for 1 minute. Cool down.
- Pour gelatin into part of the liquid in which the melon was boiled. Heat in a water bath until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Pour gelatin into the remaining liquid in which the melon was boiled.
- Arrange pieces of melon in molds. Pour over the jelly. Put the melon jelly in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar when serving melon jelly.
