Multi-Colored Jelly with Melon

Ingredients

  • Raspberry jelly – 1 sachet
  • Lemon jelly – 1 sachet
  • Apple jelly – 1 sachet
  • Melon – 500 g
  • Boiling water – 750 ml
  • Sugar – 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon – 0.5 pcs.

    To serve

  • Sugar – 1 tablespoon
  • Water – 100 ml

How to make colorful melon jelly:

  1. Peel the melon and cut it into strips or cubes. Put the melon pieces in a saucepan, add sugar and lemon juice. Put the saucepan on the fire and simmer the melon for 3-4 minutes after boiling. Remove the melon from the heat and let it cool slightly.
  2. The next step is to prepare the jelly. Pour raspberry jelly from the bag into a bowl and pour boiling water in the amount indicated on the package. Mix the contents of the bowl well to dissolve the gelatin.

To do this, pour a thin layer of sugar into one flat plate, and pour water into the second plate. We lower the neck of the glass 0.5 cm into the water, and then into sugar and get a beautiful rim.
