  • 2 pork schnitzel
  • 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can corn
  • 3 spring onion (s)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • cumin
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • Chili powder
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Clean the spring onions and cut into small rings. Also cut the garlic into small pieces. Sauté the spring onions and garlic in oil. Meanwhile, cut the two schnitzel into small strips and fry them in the pan. Season everything well.
  2. Then add the chopped peppers and fry with them.
  3. After about 10 minutes, the peppers should be firm to the bite, add the drained kidney beans and corn. Mix everything together and fry for another 10 minutes. Season to taste and, if necessary, add seasoning.
