  • 10 g butter
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
  • 30 g almond flour

Instructions

  1. Briefly liquefy the butter in the microwave. Put all ingredients in a standard coffee mug and stir well. Make sure that the dough is smooth and that there are really no lumps left (this leads to the formation of bubbles in the bread and ends with holes).
  2. Now put the mug in the microwave for 90 seconds at full power. If the dough is still slightly damp (possibly possible with 600 watts), simply continue cooking in 10 second steps until it is firm.
  3. Tilt out of the cup immediately after cooking.
  4. Tips: If you like, you can briefly bake the cooled bread in the toaster.
  5. Or if you like, you can pimp the basic recipe with stevia and / or cocoa drops and get a sweet cake. Also highly recommended with vanilla and stevia.
