  • 500 g white bread
  • 3 clove (s) garlic
  • 2 tablespoon paprika powder
  • 4 tablespoon water
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 50 g ham, diced, serrano
  • 12 slices sausage, (chorizo)

Instructions

  1. Chop the bread without crust into breadcrumbs the day before.
  2. Chop the garlic cloves and mix with the water and paprika powder. Pour this mixture over the migas (breadcrumbs) and stir until the liquid is evenly absorbed by all breadcrumbs. Shape the resulting mass into a ball, wrap it in a damp cloth and let it steep for 12 hours.
  3. Fry the migas in very little oil until they turn color. Mash the breadcrumbs a little and fold in the ham and chorizo, stirring constantly.
  4. Serve freshly prepared.
