Milk Candy

Homemade dairy sweets with filling are a great addition to a cup of coffee or tea as a dessert.

Ingredients

  • Butter – 100 g
  • Powdered milk – 1 glass
  • Powdered sugar – 1/4 cup
  • Dried cherries – 16-18 pcs.
  • Crushed hazelnuts – 2 tbsp

Directions

  1. Prepare milk candy products.
  2. Mix softened butter with milk powder.
  3. Add powdered sugar and mix thoroughly. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Pour the crushed hazelnuts onto a plate.
  5. Form candies from the milk-butter mass: take the mass with a teaspoon, put the cherry inside, and roll the balls with your hands. It is advisable to do everything quickly because the butter melts rapidly from the warmth of the hands.
  6. Roll milk sweets with cherries in crushed nuts, slightly pressing them.
  7. Put candies with nuts on foil, place in a container with a lid, and put in the refrigerator to solidify. Store milk candy in the refrigerator for no more than three days.
  8. Delicious and tender milk sweets with dried cherries and hazelnuts are ready.
