Minced Chicken Casserole with Pineapple and Cheese

Delicious minced chicken casserole with pineapple and cheese is perfect for a family dinner!

Ingredients

  • Minced chicken – 500 g
  • Canned pineapple – 3-5 slices
  • Toast cheese – 3-5 slices
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • White bread – 2 pieces
  • Milk – 2 tbsp
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Chili sauce – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Lingonberry sauce – optional

Directions

  1. Prepare all the food you need. The number of slices of cheese and pineapple slices can be changed according to the size of the baking dish.
  2. Cut off the crusts from pieces of bread and soak the bread in water or milk (2 tablespoons) for 4-5 minutes. Then squeeze the bread and add to the minced chicken.
  3. Pass the garlic through a press and also add to the minced meat. Add chili sauce. Drive the egg into the minced meat. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Knead the minced meat well.
  4. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Put the resulting minced meat in a mold and flatten. Arrange the pineapple rings in random order on the surface of the minced meat. Send the casserole to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
  5. Then take out the mold and cover the pineapple slices with cheese plates. Send the mold to the oven for another 20 minutes.
  6. If desired, decorate the finished casserole with lingonberry sauce. Serve the casserole by cutting it into portions.
