Minced Chicken Casserole with Vegetables and Cheese

Minced chicken meat casserole is quick and easy to prepare using this recipe. Chicken casserole with vegetables and cheese turns out juicy, tasty, and aromatic!

Ingredients

  • Minced chicken – 600 g
  • Canned corn – 100 g
  • Carrots – 1 pcs.
  • Bulb onions – 1 pcs.
  • Hard cheese – 150 g
  • Egg – 1 pcs.
  • Vegetable oil – 1 teaspoon
  • Dried garlic – 0.5 teaspoon of fresh garlic – 1 clove
  • Ground pepper mixture – 1 pinch (to taste)
  • Salt – 0.75 teaspoon (to taste)

Directions

  1. Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees. Pepper and salt the minced chicken to taste. Add garlic to the minced meat (dried ground or fresh, squeezed through a press).
  2. Add the egg to the minced meat. Stir the minced chicken with the spices and egg. Cut onion and carrots into small cubes. Add onions, carrots, and canned corn to the minced meat.
  3. Cut 100 g of hard cheese into small cubes. Send the diced cheese to the mince. Mix the minced meat with vegetables and cheese well. Grease a small baking dish with vegetable oil.
  4. Put the minced chicken with vegetables and cheese into a mold, smooth with a spatula. Cover the tin with foil. Cook minced chicken casserole in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, 35 minutes.
  5. Grate the remaining cheese on a fine grater. After a while, remove the mold from the oven and remove the foil. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the chicken casserole. Bake without foil for another 10 minutes.
  6. Minced chicken meat casserole with vegetables and cheese is ready.
