Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g butter, (soft)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 50 ml water

For the filling:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • Mustard, (spicy)
  • pepper
  • salt
  • Paprika powder
  • Cheese, grated
  • Oil, (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Prepare a smooth dough from flour, butter, salt and water and line a springform pan with it.
  2. Fry the minced meat in oil until crumbly, remove from the stove and season well with salt, pepper, paprika and mustard. Wash and clean the spring onions and cut into small rings. Mix the minced meat well with the quark, eggs and spring onions.
  3. If necessary, season the whole mixture again with the specified spices. Then pour the mixture into the springform pan and sprinkle with grated cheese (if you like).
  4. Bake at 180 ° C for 30-40 minutes on the middle rack.
  5. A green salad and a glass of Riesling go well with this.
