Ingredients

  • 3 onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 150 g minced beef
  • 2 cl wine, red
  • 250 g potato (s)
  • 1 carrot (s)
  • 200 ml meat broth
  • 100 g beans, reen
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 75 g crème fraîche
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley

Instructions

  1. Peel the onions and cut into fine rings. Wash, peel and cut the potatoes and carrots into small cubes.
  2. Heat the oil and fry the onion rings in it. Add the minced meat and fry over high heat until it becomes crumbly. Deglaze with red wine. Add the potato and carrot cubes and cook for 3 minutes. Pour in the meat stock and cover the meat-vegetable mixture and let simmer for 10 minutes. After 5 minutes add the beans. Season the minced onion with salt and pepper, marjoram, tomato paste and creme fraiche. Rinse the parsley, shake it dry, roughly chop the leaves and sprinkle the finished dish with them.
  3. It goes well with a baguette with garlic butter.
