Ingredients

  • 140 g mararine
  • 140 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 160 ml buttermilk
  • 360 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 250 g powdered suar, for the laze and liquid

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °.
  2. Mix the margarine, sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy, add the eggs and buttermilk and mix well together. Then add the flour, baking soda and salt and mix into a creamy dough.
  3. With an ice cream scoop (so they will all be the same size) put small heaps a few centimeters apart on the baking sheet. Bake for about 12 minutes.
  4. After cooling, mix the powdered sugar with water, milk, lemon juice, soda, rum, etc. and create a topping. So that the Americans smear the underside.
