Ingredients

  • 400 g flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 200 g butter, cold
  • 170 grams sugar
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 3 tablespoon semolina
  • 1 ½ kg mirabelle plums

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, baking powder and salt and add the butter, sugar and eggs. Knead everything into a dough. Let the dough rest for half an hour.
  2. Roll out the shortcrust pastry on a greased baking sheet and distribute the semolina over the pastry. He soaks up the liquid.
  3. Stone the mirabelle plums, cut in half and distribute evenly on the shortcrust pastry.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
