Miracle Pie with Meatballs

There are so many interesting recipes with dough and filling! Awesome miracle pie stuffed with meatballs tonight! Such a pie can be prepared instead of pizza, surprisingly to all relatives! Crispy dough, melted cheese and delicious meatballs – this is a miracle pie! Be sure to cook!

Ingredients

For the dough:

Flour – 3 cups
Milk – 1 glass
Butter (frozen) – 200 g
Dry yeast – 1 teaspoon.
Sugar – 1 pinch

For the meatballs:

Minced meat (pork) – 250 g
Bulb onions – 1 pc.
Ground coriander
Salt
Ground black pepper
Dried garlic – 0.5 teaspoon
Flour – 100 g (for breading)
Vegetable oil – for frying
Egg – 1 pc.
Tomato sauce – 100 ml
Italian seasoning (a mixture of Italian herbs) – 1 teaspoon.
Hard cheese (grated on a coarse grater) – 120 g
Hard cheese (finely grated) – 30 g

Directions

We mix warm milk with sugar and yeast. Let stand for 10 minutes.
Three frozen butter on a coarse grater, sprinkling it with flour all the time.
Pour the resulting crumb with milk mixture, quickly knead the dough, collect it in a lump.
Place the puff yeast dough in a bag and put it in the refrigerator while we prepare the filling.
Preparing products for meatballs.
Chop the onion, add minced meat, salt and spices to it.
Knead well and beat off the minced meat for a couple of minutes.
Divide it into 16 meatballs, which we lightly roll in flour.
In a small amount of oil, lightly fry the meatballs and cool.
We prepare the remaining products.
Roll out the dough into a 10×30 cm layer. Put a layer of coarsely grated cheese, meatballs on it, tomato sauce on top.
And pinch the edges of the dough, leaving the tops of the meatballs outside.
Grease the pie with an egg and sprinkle with a mixture of Italian herbs and finely grated cheese.
We bake a puff pastry pie at a temperature of 200 degrees until a beautiful golden color.
