  • 4 egg (s)
  • 180 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 250 g butter
  • 2 tablespoon quark
  • some Milk
  • 300 grams flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 pack chocolate flakes
  • 1 tablespoon, heaped baking cocoa

Instructions

  1. Separate egg whites and yolks. Mix the egg yolks, vanilla sugar, sugar and butter to a smooth measure. Add flour, quark, baking powder and milk and mix for 3 minutes.
  2. In another container, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt for about 5 minutes. Fold the egg white mixture into the rest of the dough. Halve the dough and mix half of the dough with baking cocoa.
  3. First put the dark dough in the baking pan. Pour the light dough over it. Spread the chocolate pieces over the light dough and bake at about 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. After baking, let the cake cool in the pan.
