Marble Cake

Ingredients

  • Butter at room temperature – 170 g
  • Sugar – 170 g
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Soda – 0.5 teaspoon.
  • Apple cider vinegar – 1 tablespoon.
  • Flour – 250 g
  • Cocoa – 1.5 tablespoons

Directions

  1. Beat butter with sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Gradually add eggs while continuing to beat.
  3. Add soda, extinguish with vinegar.
  4. Add flour gradually. At first, I beat with a mixer.
  5. Then the dough gets thicker, and I stirred with a fork.
  6. Divide the dough in half, add cocoa in one half.
  7. Grease the mold with butter, put the dough in random order. Bake for an hour at 180 degrees.
