Ingredients

  • 300 g butter
  • 275 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 3 egg (s)

  • 1 shot rum (or orange juice for children)
  • 500g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • liter ⅛ milk
  • 30 g cocoa powder
  • 25 g suar
  • 3 tablespoon milk

Instructions

  1. Stir the butter until foamy, gradually add 275 g sugar (possibly less) and vanilla sugar. Add eggs, a pinch of salt and a dash of rum or orange juice for children. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir in alternately with about 1/8 milk. Pour 2/3 of the dough into a greased cup cake tin.
  2. Stir 30 g cocoa powder, 25 g sugar and 2-3 tablespoon milk into the remaining third. Distribute the dark dough on the light one. To mix, use a fork to spiral through the dough.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for about 50-60 minutes.
