Ingredients

  • 16 lime (s)
  • 1 ½ liter mineral water, cold
  • 220 g cane suar, dependin on your taste
  • 250 ml schnapps, (cane sugar schnapps)
  • 100 ml rum, (Bacardi Razz)
  • 750 g raspberries, tK
  • 30 mint leaves
  • 2 bottles sparkling wine, dry and ice cold

Instructions

  1. The day before, mix the grated zest of 4 limes with 100 ml of juice of 6-7 limes and 500 ml of mineral water and freeze this overnight in the ice cube tray or ice cube bag.
  2. On the day of the party, cut 10 limes into eighths and mash them with cane sugar in a punch bowl. Then add the crushed mint, the cane sugar schnapps and Bacardi Razz, mix everything well and refrigerate for 3 hours.
  3. Add the frozen raspberries. Before serving, fill up with sparkling wine, mineral water and the prepared ice cubes.
