Ingredients

  • 3 to 6 meringues, depending on size
  • 1 bag berries, frozen, mixed
  • some raspberry spirit
  • g 1,000 yourt, Turkish or Greek, 10%
  • 400 ml cream
  • 2 sachets cream stabilizer
  • 250 g suar, brown

Instructions

  1. Thaw the frozen berries in a strainer for roughly 30 minutes, then drain well.
  2. Crumble the meringues into a large bowl or casserole dish.
  3. Cover the meringues with the drained berries.
  4. Drizzle roughly a splash of raspberry spirit over the berries.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip the cream with the cream stabilizer until stiff peaks form.
  6. Fold the whipped cream into the yogurt until combined.
  7. Spread the yogurt-cream mixture evenly over the fruit and meringue layer.
  8. Sprinkle the brown sugar evenly over the top.
  9. Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 1.5 days before serving.
