  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cumin
  • 1 pinch (s) cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon paprika powder
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the fillet into approx. 1 cm thick slices and stick on skewers. Made from cumin,
  2. Make a marinade with the cayenne, paprika, garlic and olive oil. Place the meat in it and chill for about 2 hours.
  3. Later fry in a grill pan and then season with salt and pepper.
