- 400 g pork fillet (s)
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cumin
- 1 pinch (s) cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon paprika powder
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 tablespoon olive oil

- Cut the fillet into approx. 1 cm thick slices and stick on skewers. Made from cumin,
- Make a marinade with the cayenne, paprika, garlic and olive oil. Place the meat in it and chill for about 2 hours.
- Later fry in a grill pan and then season with salt and pepper.
