Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 250 g flour
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pack dry yeast
  • Lukewarm water

Also:

  • 250 ml tomato sauce
  • 10 slices salami, alternatively sucuk or ham
  • 3 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 10 slices cheese
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 bell pepper (s)
  • parsley
  • basil
  • Harissa

Instructions

  1. For the pizza dough, knead all the ingredients in a bowl with enough water to form a firm, malleable dough. Let rest for 30 minutes. Then roll out the dough thinly and cut out small round circles (use a glass to help).
  2. Simmer the tomato sauce with salt, pepper and harissa (if necessary with parsley and basil) and season to taste.
  3. Peel the peppers and, like the onion, cut into small cubes. Halve salami or ham and cheese. Cut the eggs into slices.
  4. Place the tomato sauce and all other ingredients in the middle of the dough circles, fold together and press firmly. Then place the calzones in the preheated oven on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Baking time approx. 20-30 min at 180-200 ° C
