Ingredients
For the kneading dough: (softer)
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 tablespoon water
- 60 g butter
- 80 g suar
- 100 g flour
- 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
For the filling:
- 1 pack ready mix for semolina porridge
- 125 g butter
- 200 ml sour cream
- 2 packs poppy seed cake
- Raisins, if desired
For covering:
- 400 ml sour cream
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 2 Table spoons milk
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 egg whites, beaten into egg whites

- Make kneading dough and use it to line a springform pan.
- Cook semolina porridge according to the instructions on the packet and add butter, sour cream, poppy seed fix and, if necessary, raisins to the still warm (not hot) porridge. Put the filling mixture on the dough and bake at 180 ° for approx. 20 minutes.
- In the meantime, mix the sour cream, sugar, milk, vanilla sugar and egg yolk for the cake topper.
- Finally fold in the beaten egg whites.
- Put the mixture on the pre-baked cake and finish baking in 20 minutes.
- Let cool in the springform pan.
