- 200 g flour
- 75 grams sugar
- 4 egg (s)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 75 g butter or mararine
- 2 packs poppy seeds - fix
- 4 cups sour cream, (250g)
- 4 tablespoon sugar

- Mix together the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder, butter and 1 egg. Knead the dough and place in a springform pan.
- Next, mix well the two packets of Mohnfix with 2 cups of sour cream and pour onto the dough in the springform pan.
- Separate the yolks from 3 eggs and mix with 2 more cups of sour cream and sugar. Beat the remaining egg white until stiff and fold into the egg yolk, sour cream and sugar mixture.
- Then put everything, as a third layer, on the poppy-seed sour cream mass.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 150 ° C (convection!). It should be ready after 60 minutes.
