Cutlets “Mother-in-Law Recipe”

Ingredients

  • Pork – 0.5 kg
  • Beef – 0.5 kg
  • Bulb onions – 1-2 pcs.
  • Chicken egg – 1 pc.
  • Salt – 0.5-1 teaspoon.
  • Ground black pepper – 0.25 teaspoon.
  • Bread crumbs – how long will it take
  • Vegetable oil – 50 g

Directions

  1. The ingredients are in front of you.
  2. Wash and dry pork and beef. Cut into pieces. Wash and peel the onions. Cut into 4 pieces. Grind the meat and onions in a meat grinder.
  3. Add eggs, salt and pepper to the resulting minced meat. Mix the minced meat well. In order for the minced meat to be successful, it must be carefully beaten off.
  4. Form small cutlets from the minced meat obtained. Roll them in breadcrumbs.
  5. Preheat a frying pan. Pour in vegetable oil. Fry over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
  6. Then put the cutlets in a skillet, pour in some water, cover, and simmer for about 10 minutes. The “Mother-in-law recipe” cutlets are ready.
