Ingredients

  • 500 g mountain ash (rowan berries)
  • 400 g applesauce

  • 3 packs vanilla sugar
  • 500 g preservin suar, 2: 1

Instructions

  1. Remove the mountain ash / rowan berries cleanly from the stem and wash them well, then cook for five minutes.
