  • 1 cup coffee, strong, mocha

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan and melt the crumbled chocolate while stirring.
  2. Mix the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy, then carefully fold the egg yolks into the butter-chocolate mixture and stir in the mocha.
  3. Beat the egg whites until stiff. First pull a ladle full into the chocolate mass, then fold the mass into the remaining egg whites.
  4. Pour the mousse into bowls and leave to cool overnight in the refrigerator.
