Ingredients
- 500 g mozzarella
- 1 small white bread (s)
- 2 egg (s)
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 Table spoons milk
- some salt and pepper
- Fat, for frying

- Cut the bread so that there are always two slices together on the bottom (do not cut slices that are too thick). Cut the mozzarella into smaller slices and clamp between the slices.
- Turn the mixture made of eggs, flour, milk and spices several times so that it is completely soaked.
- Bake in hot fat and serve immediately.
- A tomato salad with lots of fresh basil goes well with it.
