Ingredients

  • 1 jar mushrooms, mixed (250 g drained weight)
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar, e.g. white balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon oil, e.g. walnut oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 1 tablespoon herbs mixed, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Drain the mushrooms, cut the onion and garlic into fine cubes. Put everything in a bowl.
  2. Mix the vinegar and oil together, season with salt, pepper and sugar and mix with the other ingredients.
  3. Let it steep for at least 6 hours, then mix in the herbs and serve with a baguette or ciabatta.
