- 200 g mushrooms
- 100 g sprin onion (s)
- 0.5 ½ lemon (n)
- 3 tablespoon salad cream (yogurt)
- salt
- pepper

- Clean and quarter the mushrooms or, alternatively, cut them into slices. Cut the spring onions into rings. Squeeze half a lemon and mix with the salad cream, then season with salt and pepper.
- Now mix everything together and let it steep briefly before consuming.
