Instructions

  1. Thaw the spinach. Peel and dice the potatoes and pre-cook them for about 5 - 10 minutes depending on the variety, drain and mix with the spinach in a baking dish. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  2. Cut the smoked pork into cubes and add to the mold. Core and also dice the tomatoes. Alternatively, a small point of cocktail tomatoes can be halved. Crumble half a packet of feta or herder cheese and spread it over the smoked pork with the tomatoes. Season again with pepper and nutmeg.
