- 1 pinch (s) salt

- Make a dough using flour, eggs, buttermilk, water, sugar and salt. Let it stand for 20-30 minutes. Heat the oil in a pan and bake pancakes in it one after the other.
- It goes well with applesauce, compote or any fruit. But you can also serve it with a salad.
