  • 225 g carrot (s), diced
  • 225 g cauliflower florets
  • 2 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 900 ml chicken broth
  • 2 teaspoon herbs choice, powdered, dried
  • 120 g mussel noodles or croissant noodles
  • salt and pepper
  • 30 g parmesan, if you like
