Ingredients
- 500 g meat to taste
- 500 g onion (s)
- 600 g carrot (s)
- 300 ml water
- 500 g ribbon noodles
- Salt water
- salt and pepper
- 1 bay leaf

- Cut the meat into cubes and fry. Peel and chop the onion and add to the meat. Peel, dice and fry the carrots.
- Season the whole thing with salt and pepper. Add the bay leaf and water, cook for 15 minutes. Boil the tagliatelle in salted water as usual, drain and stir into the meat mixture.
