- 150 g cashew nuts or peanuts, roasted and salted
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 250 g cream cheese
- 1 pinch (s) cayenne pepper
- Spice (s) your choice

- Chop the nuts for 3 seconds / speed 6 in the Thermomix. Add the peppers in pieces and chop for 3 seconds / speed 5. Push everything down with the spatula.
- Add the cream cheese and cayenne pepper and stir everything again for 10 seconds / speed 3.
- Enjoy with freshly baked bread, vegetable sticks, crackers or similar
